[Designer] Designer says that Teams does not support version 1.2

Description
Went to edit a card that was prviously considered version 4 (or 1.4?) anyways... suposedly there are feateures in my (old) card that are only V1.2 compatible and when this version is selected, an error message says that only the version 1.0 is supported in Teams... What? I need vertical alignment!
