Description
Problem Description
I would like to request an enhancement in Adaptive Cards that allows for greater control over the vertical and horizontal spacing between FactSet items. Currently, there seems to be a limitation in customizing the spacing, and this feature would greatly benefit developers and designers looking to achieve specific visual layouts and designs.

Research direction
The issue provides a FactSet card JSON example but names no implementation files, entry points, or tests. Start by locating FactSet rendering and Designer layout handling, then clarify the supported platform scope; done means vertical and horizontal spacing can be configured for FactSet items and the behavior is demonstrated for the reported card.
