Research direction
The issue names the Image schema and targets .NET HTML, .NET WPF, Android, iOS, JavaScript, and UWP. Start by locating the Image schema and its implementations for those platforms, then clarify the option's name and expected behavior with maintainers. Done means the agreed presentation-only option is represented consistently across the listed platforms.
