Research direction
Start in the Adaptive Cards Designer at the Target Version control and reproduce the 1.5 selection with Narrator or NVDA. Check the warning and validation message behavior there, then compare the timeline menu and other Designer error messages; done means screen readers announce each applicable message after the related action.
