Problem Description
No signals coming from card when the carousel page changes. Other containers and buttons that are clickable are associated with a select action that triggers an action handler. However, the carousel page button clicks to navigate to the previous or next page do not trigger an action handlers.
As a result, we're not able to tell when the user clicks the carousel page button.
