Description
As part of a test with the Accessibility team, we've been selected to beta test an automated GitHub Actions accessibility tool.
- We should create a GitHub action to run this tool on every PR as a non-blocking action for the Adaptive Cards website(s).
- We should investigate incorporating this into our vNext testing infrastructure
