Research direction
Start by comparing the existing JavaScript, iOS, and Android implementations referenced in #4167, then inspect the .NET HTML, WPF, and UWP Action.ShowCard handling. Done means those platforms can style the ShowCard button according to whether its card is open or closed, including support for a chevron.
