Description
Problem
From my own experience with my community, and most important, anything enterprise, folks do not have the tooling or even container support available which makes it difficult to build and deploy.
Proposed Solution
Option 1 - given the VSIX installation has better acceptance, make it available prebuilt via GH releases
Alternatives Considered
option 2 - for increased assurance and visibility VSC marketplace is ideal. We use it internally and make extensions available as such.
