Research direction

Start by reproducing agy-ide --install-extension ai-engineer-coach-0.1.0.vsix on the reported Antigravity IDE and VSCode OSS versions, recording the complete installation error rather than relying only on the screenshot. Investigate whether the VSIX installs successfully in the corresponding VSCode OSS environment; done means the extension installs without errors on macOS arm64.
