Unable to Access mars-map-autoregressive v3 Model in Azure AI Foundry

I read the release blog about the MARS model here.

Following the guidance, I created an Azure subscription (Free Account) and created an Azure AI Foundry project. However, the model is not available for my project. I would like to understand the requirements for accessing this model:

Is a specific Azure subscription type required?
Are there regional restrictions or supported regions for this model?
Are there any enrollment, approval, quota, or access requirements?
Does the model require a particular Azure AI Foundry configuration or project type?

I reviewed the available Foundry documentation, but the information for this model appears to be very limited. Additionally, I could not find this model listed in the region availability tables, making it difficult to determine whether my subscription or region is supported.

Could you please share the prerequisites and steps required to access and use the mars-map-autoregressive v3 model? Thanks!
