Description

Like https://github.com/microsoft-foundry/foundry-samples/blob/main/samples/python/hosted-agents/bring-your-own/invocations/human-in-the-loop/main.py#L119

Provide an OpenAPI definition for Invocations samples so the tooling (azd ai, Foundry Toolkit) can easily validate invoke commands against the /invocations endpoint for an agent.

Otherwise devs run into issues with the samples getting the invoke payload correct.
