Is this expected? not design to work on MCU ports ?

Research direction
Start with traceback.py at line 27 and reproduce the reported try/except example on the affected MCU port. Check how format_exc obtains exception information and compare that with the port's available interfaces; done means the example no longer raises AttributeError and produces the expected traceback.
