Description
When including a link in a Bluesky post from the web UI, it automatically embeds a website card if one is available for the URL. It might be nice to have this for the post created by our post-release workflow. See https://docs.bsky.app/docs/advanced-guides/posts#website-card-embeds.
For an example of a post with an embedded website card for a GitHub link, see this: https://bsky.app/profile/tommyludwig.bsky.social/post/3loxgeahe6s26

Research direction
Start with the post-release workflow and the Bluesky website card embeds documentation linked in the issue. Check how the workflow creates its current GitHub changelog post and use the linked example as the reference; done means the published post displays a website card for the changelog URL.
