Description
Layouts differ between browser.
When using firefox (as an example), the rule page breaks the layout and a scroll bar is displayed.
Browse the main pages on different browsers, noting which ones have inconsistencies in the layout. Note that this doesn't mean it's just different (different font, line-size, etc) but that functionality/layout is majorly impacted in a negative way.
Should at least browse on Chrome, Firefix, Safari and Edge.

Research direction
Start by browsing the main pages in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, as requested in the issue. Record cases where the layout or functionality is materially broken, including the Firefox rule-page scrollbar; done means the major inconsistencies are identified and documented for follow-up.
