Description
Greetings; is it possible for somebody to develop a location module that uses Google's own servers to locate the user? I myself do not like the idea of having Google or anything proprietary on my phone but the area i am in doesn't translate with other lesser used location modules very well and i sadly am unable to develop something like that due to my poor coding and API knowledge.

Research direction
Start by reviewing UnifiedNlp's plugin interface and the existing location-provider modules. Then determine the Google server/API requirements and how the requested provider would fit the Android project. Done means a compatible provider can use Google's servers to locate users, with its integration and behavior verified.
