Update Instructions - main page and f-droid page

Hi guys

Can the instructions on the main page be updated with steps to install for Android 9/10, if you follow what is currently there your phone is unable to boot!

also the F-Droid page doesn't even mention it needs to be a privileged/system app, it should Include a link to the updated instructions

Locate the main-page installation instructions and the F-Droid page, then compare them with the updated instructions referenced in issue #181. Done means the pages include safe Android 9/10 installation steps, state that UnifiedNlp must be a privileged/system app, and link to the updated instructions.
