Research direction
Start by reproducing the disconnected Google Cloud Messaging state on the listed Fairphone 2 setup, including the signature spoofing checker, microG self-test, dialer fix, and push notification tester. Compare the conflicting spoofing results and determine why push registration fails. Done means the push notification tester registers successfully and the messaging state is connected.
