Google Tasks login & WhatsApp backup (With Google Drive) NOT WORKING

Description
While I try to login to Google Tasks, it just appears the option to add an account (As if there wasn't any account logged in from Device Settings). And when I can login, the apps start loading and never stops.
When I install WhatsApp and try to recover my backup from Google Drive, it just appears the option to add an account (As in Google Tasks). When I finally login (From the Add Account option, not from Settings) it gets me to the same pop-up of before (Just Add Account option).
