Everytime upon installing the apks I'm greeted with 'cannot install'.

Description
I'm seriously stuck here. I simply cannot install any component of MicroG. I'm using a Hauwei P30 Pro no root. I'm also unable to ask for help in the telegram groups as even though it's been ~2 weeks since joining, admins have still got my account restricted. If there's any telegram admins here please unrestrict my account; nightravels.
XDA haven't been any help as of yet either. I've followed the guide to a tee but get the 'app could not be installed' error every single time.
Would anyone be able to give me a hand? Thanks.
