Description
I'm having another issue,
when connecting to wifi,
play store is trying to download gms update,
and fails (which is normal),
with the following message:
11-26 08:27:48.038 E/Finsky (3531): [1] com.google.android.finsky.dl.k.onReceive(14): Error -505 while installing com.google.android.gms: INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE: Package com.google.android.gms signatures do not match the previously installed version; ignoring!
any way to disable this?
I tried with disabling play store services, but I didn't succeed

Research direction
Start by reviewing the reported Play Store/Finsky log and the Daily Hygiene Service behavior when Wi-Fi connects; the issue names no source files or tests. Determine where the attempted com.google.android.gms update is triggered and define done as preventing the incompatible update attempt without disabling unrelated Play Store functionality.
