Description
As of right now there's no option to backup the GCM registered applications. If I want to switch my device (or rom) I have to use an application like TitaniumBackup. It would be nice if I could save or load that to a file. (Cloud support to backup the registered applications (list) would be even better)

Research direction
Start by locating where GCM registered applications are stored and how registration state is loaded on Android. Clarify whether the first version should support only local file export and import or also cloud backup; done means registered applications can be restored after switching devices or ROMs without relying on TitaniumBackup.
