### Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to Android Settings -> Apps -> MicroG RE.
2. Tap on Notifications.
3. Observe that under Notification categories it says "This app has not posted any notifications".
### Expected Behavior
MicroG RE should register notification channels and properly send notifications when required.
