Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure through XRecorder's Live Stream > YouTube flow on a device without Google Play services, following the listed modification steps. Compare the resulting blocking dialog with the expected behavior and identify whether GmsCore receives a relevant request; the issue currently names no source file or test, so a concrete completion criterion needs maintainer guidance.
