Watch on TV shows Duplicate Phantom links which can't be Unlinked

**Describe the bug**
In my morphe and revanced youtube apps, the two links to my Xiaomi TV Box still appearing which doesn't even link to the TV Box, neither can't I Unlik these. I added one in the past.

These would'nt appear if:
- My phone's WIFI is off and the TV Box is on and connected to WIFI.
- My Phone's WIFI is on and the TV Box is off

These would appear if:
- If phone and tv box are turned on and connected to the same wifi

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
If you have previsouly linked your Morphe or Revanced Youtube to your android tv, then in either app:
Go to Settings --> Watch on TV. There you will find your connected TV links. In my case there are 2 links to the same tv device:

I click on any of these links, it would show that it is connected and would give you the option to Unlink:

**Expected behavior**
The videos should be playing on the TV box and the Unlink button should Unlink the TV Device.
But none of those happen.

Additionally, I tried to generate a Remote Control from SmartTube installed on the same TV Box and tried to create a new link. But it never accepts it:

Start by reproducing the duplicate entries through Settings → Watch on TV with the phone and Xiaomi TV Box on the same Wi-Fi. Trace the linking and Unlink behavior in the Android implementation, including the failed SmartTube remote-control case. Done means duplicate phantom links no longer appear, existing links can be unlinked, and a new link is accepted.
