Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to be able to `disable/enable` `microG Services` and `microG Companion` on demand, in order to `save battery life`.

In my specific case, I only need above Apps for `ToxFox` for its `camera implementation`. After scanning some products via `ToxFox`, I do not need them anymore.

Running `microG Services` in the background causes the battery to drain significantly faster.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A `disable/enable button` in `App info`:

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
`Installing` and `uninstalling` both Apps via `F-Droid` on demand.

**Additional context**
* Smartphone: [`OnePlus 9 (LE2113)`](https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/lemonade/variant1/)
* Android version: `Android 16`, `LineageOS 23.2-20260810-NIGHTLY-lemonade`
* Installation source: `microG F-Droid repo` (`repo.microg.org/fdroid/repo`)
* `microG Companion` version: `0.3.15.40226` (suggested by `F-Droid`)
* `microG Services` version: `0.3.15.40226` (suggested by `F-Droid`)

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by determining whether GmsCore or microG Companion owns the App info behavior and whether Android permits these apps to be disabled and re-enabled on demand; done means the requested controls work for both apps without requiring installation changes.
