[com.whatsapp] WhatsApp map when sharing location is off center

**Describe the bug**
When opening the menu to share the current location in a WhatsApp chat, the location is off center from the location for the device.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open a chat in WhatsApp
2. Click on the clip icon
3. Click on Location
4. Click on the button to go to your current location
5. Map gets sent above the current location indicator

**Expected behavior**
Center of the map should go to the current location

If you go into the little 'fullscreen' mode and back out, it starts acting properly.

Reproduce the issue by following the listed WhatsApp location-sharing steps on Android 16 QPR2 with CalyxOS 7.2.4.20 and microG 0.3.16. Compare the map position with the device location indicator, including after entering and leaving fullscreen; done when the map centers on the current location consistently.
