**Describe the bug**
After installing and enabling microG GmsCore, abnormal cellular network behaviors occur on this device:
1. Cellular calls will randomly drop and reconnect automatically within a very short time.
2. Mobile data network disconnects suddenly occasionally, then restores normal connection without manual operation.
This network fluctuation problem only appears when microG is working normally; the mobile network returns stable after stopping microG services completely.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Flash & install microG GmsCore on HarmonyOS 4.2 Huawei P70 Pro (Chinese domestic version)
2. Complete microG initialization, enable self permission, location & network permissions
3. Make normal mobile calls and use cellular data under ordinary mobile signal environment
4. Observe intermittent call dropping and mobile network flicker

**Expected behavior**
microG runtime should not interfere with the native cellular modem, mobile call and mobile data function of the system, keeping the mobile network continuously stable.
