Problem with my academic/work email account when using microG

Hi, I'm using CalyxOS on my phone with microG built-in, but the problem is that I can't acces to the account and use the necessary Google services, such as Classroom, Drive, etc. The account is registered, but it doesn’t sync and appears without a profile picture and in gray; however, I used it a while back with iodéOS, but now I can’t and even flash other ROMs with microG and the problem keeps. It’s an email account with a custom address from my university, UNAM in Mexica and its custom domain is "@iztacala.unam.mx".
