**Describe the bug**
After updating the Google app, it shows a popup saying “Google Play Services needs to be updated” even though the latest microG 0.3.15.250932-hw build is installed. The Google app does not recognize microG as an up‑to‑date replacement and keeps requesting a Play Services update.

**To Reproduce**
1. Install microG 0.3.15.250932-hw.
2. Use a device running HarmonyOS 3.1 (Android 12 base).
3. Update the Google app to the latest version.
4. Open the Google app.
5. A popup appears: “Update Google Play Services”.

**Expected behavior**
The Google app should accept microG as a valid and updated implementation of Play Services and should not show an update prompt.
