reCAPTCHA not working, test just spins, no errors anywhere

**Describe the bug**
Some apps have started to not allow me to log in. I suspect its related to reCAPTCHA. On MicroG "Test Recaptcha" the recaptcha dialog comes up but the bar at the bottom just scrolls across and it sits there doing this indefinitely. recaptcha enterprise works fine.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
MicroG/Device Attestation
Test recaptcha
**Expected behavior**
No idea but the current behavior. Ultimately the test should pass.

I've tried multiple devices with different OS (Iode, LineageOS with MicroG). Same affect.
Tried different settings in MicroG
Tried different networks
Tried logcat with root but no applicable errors listed

Start by reproducing the issue through MicroG/Device Attestation and its Test recaptcha flow on the affected devices and networks. Compare the behavior with reCAPTCHA Enterprise and inspect available logcat output; done means the test no longer spins indefinitely and completes successfully.
