Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Google started to implement a Safety Feature that allows the phone to video share with emergency services to give better and clearer image of the emergency and location but it is tied to Play services only.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
A way to implement this somehow or a microG native implementation that does the same function with being able to send over a video to Emergency Services if they are open to collaboration.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Only Alternative would be using Google Play Services but that is not possible if you want or only can use microG.
**Additional context**
A explanation image from Googles [blog](https://blog.google/products-and-platforms/platforms/android/emergency-live-video/) about the feature:

Research direction
Start by reviewing the requested Android Emergency Live Video behavior and the linked Google blog post. The issue does not identify files, tests, APIs, or an agreed integration with emergency services, so first determine the required platform and microG entry points. Done would require an agreed implementation that can provide the feature without Google Play Services.
