Description
The definition of 'Stable' is now:
that new releases are marked as pre-release for some days then if there aren't serious issues they are marked as stable.

By this definition, 0.3.10 is now stable, but F-Droid still shows 0.3.9 as 'Suggested' for both GmsCore & FakeStore
