Cannot tick "Play Store(Phonesky) installed"?

Description
My friend phone cannot tick "Play Store(phonesky) installed". Even though he already installed MicroG(GmsCore) and GSF, but he couldn't install MicroG Companion correctly.
As the installing MicroG Companion, the system announce him. "the signature of the update package is different from that of the installed application." But he's never installed, Folder "data/user/0/com.android.vending" is not exist (I think it's a evidence to show MicroG Compaion has been installed). I try installing again but failed as same problem.
Ever MicroG's application I tried is -hw version.
System: HarmonyOS 4.2.0
