Description
Can't pay using my account. I only have 2 successful payment but always have this error all the time. Any workaround to fix this issue? I use the latest package of everything on my stock not rooted HW Nova 9. Tried reinstalling everything and still the same.
This is my first time seeing this kind of error from google play "OR-BPC-11".
