Research direction

Start by reproducing the listed steps with Google Messages and com.google.android.ims on Android 14 with /e/OS and microG. Review the microG components involved in IMS/RCS availability and compare the behavior with the reported official Samsung ROM result. Done means RCS is available in Google Messages on the affected setup.
