Downgrading to 0.3.5.240913 fixes it.

Open microg setting and it says to check documentation for signature spoofing.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the signature-spoofing behavior on Android 11 with microG 0.3.6.244735 and compare it with 0.3.5.240913 on LineageOS 18.1 with patched spoofing. Trace the settings behavior that displays the documentation warning; done means the newer version correctly recognizes the supported signature spoofing setup.
