Description
Affected app
Name: Invoxia GPS
Package id: com.invoxia.track
Describe the bug
Invoxia GPS crashes at start, but only once already logged in. The weird thing is that after a system upgrade, it works the first time I try to launch the app, and then it fails again.
I open a ticket to the invoxia support and they said to me that they don’t support MicroG.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Launch the app
- App crashes
Expected behavior
Displaying the map screen with the trackers
Screenshots
I don’t have snapshots, but I have the logs: https://paste.swordarmor.fr/raw/SGF3
System
Android Version: 13
Custom ROM: /e/OS v2.2
microG
microG Core version: 0.3.2.240913-22 (43f9740)
microG Self-Check results: seems good
Additional context
The issue might be pretty hard to reproduce as the app needs an account, but I can test stuff on my phone, so I can build custom code.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked crash logs and reproducing the launch failure with Invoxia GPS on Android 13, /e/OS v2.2, and the reported microG version. Compare the first launch after a system upgrade with later launches; the issue is done when the app opens to the map screen with trackers instead of crashing.
