Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Weblate does not provide the option to translate microG-UI-tools which contains strings for the self-check feature. This can go unnoticed and when a new release comes out a translator might wonder why Self-Check is not translated.

Describe the solution you'd like
microG-UI-tools should have a component in Weblate.

Describe alternatives you've considered
TRANSLATION.MD has a warning about this, but it isn't ideal.

Additional context
I quickly set up microG in translate.codeberg.org to see how hard this is, and it seems Weblate does manage to automatically detect it, so it should be just a question of fixing that.

Research direction

Start by reading TRANSLATION.md and reviewing how the repository exposes microG-UI-tools strings to Weblate. Check the Weblate component configuration and its automatic detection of that component. Done means microG-UI-tools is available as a translatable Weblate component and the warning in TRANSLATION.md is no longer needed.
