Account and device preferences not showing with "Something went wrong. Try again."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on Profile picture
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Expand General
  4. Click on Account and device preferences
  5. See error

Expected behavior
Preferences on Email, Country, History and others.
