Description

There seem to be a lot of issues on this repo that aren't actually problems with the software, but users asking for help. I think it would be good to have a seperate place for these support questions.

For Syncthing, we're using a Discourse forum, which works really well.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the issue's examples of Syncthing and Discourse to understand the proposed support-forum model. Define the forum location, platform, moderation approach, and how support questions would be redirected from this repository; done means an agreed support venue is established and documented.
