Google Photos app is missing flagship features like Top Shot.

Additional context
I would guess the issue seems to be a Phenotype Flag missing to enable these features.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the behavior in Google Photos on Android 14 with a Pixel 8 photo, then investigate how microG handles the relevant Google Photos capability flags; done means Best Shot, Top Shot, and Unblur are available alongside Magic Eraser.
