Description
Affected app
Name: HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE!
Package id: com.sega.pjsekai (external link to apkpure) - apk behaviour seems to vary depending on region used
Describe the bug / Current behaviour (microg)
No ToS prompt, no response to tapping title screen (one can enter options menu in top left and that's about it).
For reference, the game behaviour is exactly same without any google services (clean genymotion Android 11 image) and with microg setup, leading me to think microg is not being used.
To Reproduce
Testing on genymotion rooted Android 11 (SDK 30) stock image with only changes being libhoudini + manually patched services.jar to enable signature spoofing.
Whole microg toolkit (com.google.android.gms+com.google.android.gsf+com.android.vending) up-to-date, everything checked in self-check (installed org.microg.unifiednlp as well, but nlp seems to not be setup correctly, seemed safe to assume that's not the core issue here, since .apk doesn't have geolocation permit).
Works with open gapps installed through genymotion with exact same android image setup as above (excluding services.jar patching).
Expected behavior (opengapps)
Game shows ToS agreement prompt on first title screen tap (see screenshot), after accepting which, user should be able to tap and get to loading screen/other prompts.
In case of opengapps login to google account shows up, but can be safely exited out of to get past title screen.

microG Self-Check results: All ticked
Additional context
I would think this is caused by game's dependency on google play services, which is why I report it here (though it's possible FakeStore fails somewhere instead). Google play games (not sure what that does, but I know it's not supported by microg) doesn't seem to be installed in either case, so I assume it's not required.
Although I followed this repository wiki setup guide, I may be doing something dump or missing basic step, so if something obvious wan't mentioned above, please tell me so.
Note:
Servers this .apk connects to may blacklist some IP ranges, so the title screen loop is not an issue on microg side (if you get one, when entering options or going past title screen) as this can happen with opengapps as well.

Research direction
No repository file or test is named. Start by reproducing the title-screen behavior on the specified Android 11 Genymotion setup with microG, then compare it with the same setup using Open GApps; done means the ToS prompt appears and tapping through reaches the loading screen or subsequent prompts.
