Description

Affected app
Name: Telegram Clients
Package id:
org.telegram.messenger, org.telegram.messenger.beta, org.thunderdog.challegram, nekox.messenger

Describe the bug
None of the telegram clients ring on call anymore. They just vibrate (nonethless of fiddling with client settings). FYI, the issue is not in the roms with Google Play Services. Caller ringtone works on all clients there.

To Reproduce:
Try to receive calls by calling from other device

Expected behavior
Client should ring upon calls

Research direction

Start by reproducing an incoming Telegram call on Android 12.1 with microG, using the listed Telegram package IDs and LineageOS 19.1 or crDroid 8.x, then compare behavior on a ROM with Google Play Services. The issue names no source file or test; done means Telegram callers produce a ringtone rather than only vibration.
