Description
I experience a strange behaviour with apps that have been deinstalled and installed again. These apps do not register automatically for cloud messaging in microg, which makes them practically useless. These apps worked perfectly before the deinstallation and re-installation.
Is there any method where I can force these apps to register for GSM again?
Android 12
LineageOS 19.0

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First reproduce the uninstall/reinstall flow on Android 12 and LineageOS 19.0, then trace the app registration path; done means affected apps automatically register for cloud messaging after reinstallation.
