com.duosecurity.duomobile Duo Mobile consistently causes microg to crash on push notification

Describe the bug
Duo Mobile is a multi-factor application which uses push alerts to prompt the user to approve various authentication actions. Nearly every time I get a push alert, I also get a notification that MicroG crashed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup Duo Mobile.
2. Send an authentication push request to the phone.
3. In the notification bar click the "TAP TO VIEW ACTION" option in the Duo notification.
4. Click "Approve"
5. Observe that MicroG has crashed with a notification. (If this does not occur, repeat steps 1-4 a few more times until it does).

Expected behavior
MicroG should not crash when handling push notifications.

Additional context
This isn't an urgent problem, however since this application is fairly consistent at crashing MicroG, I think it may be a good test case for running down some bugs in MicroG push notification handling.

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the failure on Android 11 with Duo Mobile and the listed microG version, then use the resulting crash details to identify the push-notification path; done means approving a Duo push no longer causes microG to crash.
