denationalize/internationalize project (add translations)

The project microG is currently available only to English (and few other) people. 6 months ago I provided translation to Esperanto and completed translation to Polish in the following merge-requests: https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1377 and https://github.com/microg/UnifiedNlp/pull/208. Other contributors also provided translation to Portugal (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1461), Chinese (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1386, https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/933), Italian (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1457), Welsh (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/805). Why the translations wait so long?!

La projekto microG estas nuntempe uzebla nur por angloj (kaj kelkaj aliaj homoj). Antaŭ 6 monatoj mi liveris tradukon al Esperanto kaj kompletigis tradukon al la pola lingvo per la jenaj kunfand-petoj: https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1377 kaj https://github.com/microg/UnifiedNlp/pull/208. Aliaj kontribuantoj ankaŭ liveris tradukojn al: portugala (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1461), ĉina (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1386, https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/933), itala (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/1457), kimra (https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/pull/805). Kial la menciitaj tradukoj atendas tiom longe?!

No source files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the referenced translation pull requests for GmsCore and UnifiedNlp, then check which language resources remain pending; done means the requested translations are accepted and available in the project.
