App gets stuck at loading animation, doesn't get any further. It doesn't give any error message or nothing.

Additional context
It was working in some older version many many months ago, maybe even a year. After one update it stopped but I cannot remember which one.
EDIT: did some tests and found out some things:
Up until 2.5.20 version (132930) it asks you to update the app.
App version 2.5.21 (133061) seems to be working.
From version 2.5.24 (133066) it doesn't work anymore.
