Description
The Italian exposure tracking app Immuni crashes when I attempt to open the latest version 2.2.0, while it worked for me with previous versions. I don't know if it would also crash on a system where it is freshly installed: I haven't tried that as I don't want to lose my exposure backlog.
System
Android Version: 8.1.0
Custom ROM: LineageOS for microG 15.1
microG
microG Core version: 0.2.17.204714
microG Self-Check results: all ticked
I have obtained a logcat but it's very long and includes non-printable characters, so for now I'm placing it here in a pastebin. I believe that while it includes unrelated things, it should cover the moment I try to start Immuni and the crash. Please let me know if you have any instruction to provide a more specific log.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked pastebin logcat around the Immuni 2.2.0 launch on Android 8.1.0 with LineageOS for microG 15.1 and microG Core 0.2.17.204714. Reproduce the crash if possible, then trace the reported failure to the responsible GmsCore entry point; done means identifying and fixing the compatibility problem and verifying that Immuni opens without losing the exposure backlog.
