[0.2.15] Location - All or nothing!

Describe the bug
Problem is quite simple.. i eiter get 100% of location or non. So the options are:
WHEN the location is ON:

1. I get both GPS signal and WiFi + GSM
   WHEN it is on:
2. No location at all

...and although i like those two options i would also like to choose between:

2. Only GPS
3. WiFi + GSM (in backgound) - most important part of that issue.

Expected behavior
4 options (or more):

• NO location (works when icon tapped off)
• 100% location (GPS + WiFi + GSM - works when icon = ON )
• Only GPS (how?!?)
• Only WiFi + GSM (how? ...or even seperate)

Start by reproducing the location behavior on Android 10 with LineageOS 17.1 and microG Core 0.2.15, using the reported Deja Vu and GSM Backend by n76 services. The issue is done when the supported location modes are established and the requested GPS-only and WiFi/GSM-only behavior is either implemented or clearly determined to be outside scope.
