Describe the bug
The app doesn't launch when I have the exposure notification on from the gmscore settings.
To launch the app I need to turn exposure notifications off, and load the app, and that prompts a warning to turn exposure back on
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to gmscore settings and activate exposure notification
- Launch the app
- App won't launch
Expected behavior
The app should launch with exposure notifications already enabled
